With over 35 years of experience building and transforming brands, I’ve become known as The Fixer — the one called in at pivotal moments to create new concepts, reposition companies, and unlock revenue streams.

As co-founder of Chefs Canada, I’ve elevated Canada’s culinary reputation on the world stage at events like the Bocuse d’Or and the World Pastry Cup. As President of The PR Department, I’ve led award-winning campaigns for global food, fashion, and lifestyle brands. Along the way, I’ve written for leading foodservice and lifestyle publications, hosted national culinary events, and collaborated on radio and media projects.

Today, I bring that same expertise to my personal work as a speaker, writer, and brand consultant — helping chefs, foodservice leaders, and brands tell their stories, grow their businesses, and connect with new opportunities.

Areas of Impact

  • I’ve been hosting various culinary events including the Bocuse d’Or and World Pastry Cup selections at the RC Show, been on numerous food, foodservice and marketing panels and bring that same authority and energy to the screen. I’ve been the face and voice of brand content series on social media, a spokesperson and media guest for global food and lifestyle brands, and a collaborator on The Tonic radio show, where I share insights on all things food. Engaging, credible, and media-savvy, I know how to connect audiences to stories that inspire and resonate.

  • Published at the age of 17, I’ve been writing for some of Canada’s top magazines and brands for over 25 years. My portfolio spans foodservice and hospitality publications such as MENU Magazine and HRI, fashion editorials for Sharp and Les Affaires Plus, as well as lifestyle features for BE Magazine. Beyond journalism, I’ve crafted corporate materials, brand storytelling, slogans, and video series for some of the world’s biggest brands — blending creativity with strategic impact.

I advise on brand repositioning, market expansion, and revenue growth, guiding international brands into Canada and helping foodservice leaders build income streams beyond the walls of their restaurants.   • I’m often brought in to educate business leaders and international brands on the Quebec and Canadian markets before entry, helping them adapt and succeed. I teach brands how to sell to foodservice professionals and how to maximize interviews through extensive media training. I equip chefs with strategies to maximize profits and diversify income, and guide culinarians in building their personal brand and profile. Whether in workshops, keynotes, or one-on-one advisory, I focus is on turning knowledge into actionable growth.
